All figures displayed on this Site relating to fees, charges, interest and any other amounts are in UAE Dirhams (unless otherwise stated) and are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the U.A.E. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms or this Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
