DSO provides state-of-the-art telecommunication services which include an IP based telephony system and internet services.
IP Telephony System
All DSOA’s offices are fully equipped with a state–of–the–art IP based telephony system. These provide clients with the option of using DSO’s Virtual PABX, hence, saving the cost of establishing their own PABX platform.
DSO’s telephony services feature rich user phones with continuous PP grades, analogue lines (e.g. fax, dialup), flexible reconfigurations (e.g. adding lines, changing extensions, etc…), and scalable solutions. All of which provides companies with the opportunity to reduce both their cost of investment and maintenance.
DSO’s internet services are specifically designed to provide companies with a competitive edge. DSOA provides each user with a single connection for both voice and internet. The voice service is IP based (IP Telephony), while the internet’s speed and bandwidth is provided according to the company’s requirements.
Government Services counters are open from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. during normal working days which is from Sunday to Thursday.
