DSOA Launches Dubai Silicon Oasis Community App, DSO Click

Dubai-UAE: 10 August 2020 – Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), the regulatory body for Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), today announced the launch of DSO Click, an app exclusive to DSO-based residents and business partners.
The app, available on Android and iOS, serves as a platform for the DSO community to communicate with DSOA and a tool to submit facilities management requests, report community-related issues, books parking spaces, and book meeting rooms. Residents and business partners will have the option to raise their requests in video, audio, photos, or text, and track the status of their submissions.
Residents’ raising facility management requests now have a seamless two-click only process, which automatically loads all the contractual tenancy details once the property has been selected. To streamline community service requests, users may now submit their reports through the Community EYE feature on the app, including street-related defects and maintenance requests, street-lighting issues, noise complaints, sidewalk maintenance requests, pest-control complaints, or household pets-related issues. The feature for booking parking spaces is currently available for the headquarter building, and soon to be extended to include the Dubai Digital Park. App users will also have the option of booking meetings rooms in the headquarter building and Dubai Digital Park buildings.

DSO Click is the result of various priorities coming together – simplifying the communication and interaction between the community and DSOA, streamlining processes, smart delivery of services, and customer happiness.”

DSOA is dedicated to supporting innovative solutions and implementing them in its journey to a fully integrated smart city.”
The introduction of the app follows a series of recent expansions in DSOA’s smart services and smart city solutions infrastructure, such as the increase in services available through the customer service portal, which recently exceeded 3,000 transactions worth approximately AED10 million from mid-March to mid-May 2020, the increase in services available through the AI-enabled chatbot, HADI, and the implementation of the AI-enabled Integrated Business Management System across 40 buildings in DSO.
